> the monday problem
Fourteen tools. None of them talk to each other.
You open your laptop. Seven tabs before coffee. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, a Google Sheet from 2023, maybe an Unbounce dashboard. Copying numbers from one window to another. Writing the same summary you wrote last Monday.
Two hours. Produces a document your client skims for thirty seconds.
Then a client asks for a new landing page. You quote a week. It takes a week.
You're not slow. You're working in a system that was never designed to work together.
> what's inside
The six skill packs.
Each pack is a complete workflow system: CLI tools, API-backed scripts, safety guardrails, and the sequence that takes you from input to finished deliverable.
The Ad Operator
Run $100K/mo from your terminal. Build, read, optimize Meta + Google campaigns. CLI tools, safety-first (dry-run default), sanitized from production agency workflows.
The Creative Engine
Replace $9K/mo in designers, copywriters, UGC creators. Static ads, UGC stills, design briefs, hook workshops, swipe-to-template AI.
The Intelligence Suite
Replace a $5K/mo research firm. PhD-level market research, persona architecture, brand extraction, SEO intelligence, competitive analysis — all via Claude Code.
The Reporting Command Center
Unified reporting across Meta, Google, Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo. Pull data, generate HTML reports, email to clients. What used to take 4 hours now takes 15 minutes.
The Landing Page System
Component-based landing page framework. Brand extraction, copy framework, brief generation, QA checks, no-deploy split testing. Deploy to Vercel/Framer/Webflow.
The Copy Vault
Sales letters, advertorials, VSLs, Meta video scripts, conversion copy architect. Direct response frameworks encoded as Claude Code skills.

> questions
Things people ask.
Do I need to be a developer to use these?+
No. If you can run Claude Code and use a terminal, you have everything you need. The installation guide walks you through each step. The most technical part is API credentials — which the API Crash Course order bump covers completely.
Which pack should I start with?+
Start with whichever problem is costing you the most time right now. Reporting? Start with the Reporting Command Center. Creative output? Start with the Creative Engine. The packs work independently and together.
Meta only, or Google too?+
The Ad Operator covers both. The Reporting Command Center pulls from both. The Creative Engine generates copy for both platforms with platform-specific specs enforced.
Does this work if I only have one client?+
Yes. Single-client operators often get more value because they can run deeper workflows instead of spending time on account-switching overhead.
Are these actual code or just documents?+
Both. Each pack includes the skill files (Markdown workflow documents Claude Code reads and executes), plus supporting scripts, CLI tools, and templates. The Ad Operator, for example, includes the actual CLI I use to push ads.
Will this work in ChatGPT or other tools?+
No. These are built specifically for Claude Code. They use Claude's file-reading behavior, project context, and tool execution. They won't work the same way elsewhere.
Can I buy individual packs instead of the bundle?+
Yes — every pack above has its own buy button. The Full Stack saves $257 versus buying all six separately.
What does "30 days of support" mean?+
Email access to me directly. Questions about setup, workflow customization, or how to adapt a pack to your specific client situation. Not a helpdesk — actual answers from the person who built it.
